Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If not, here's how returns work:

Return Window:

  • Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving the item.

Return Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition.

  • Must include original packaging and tags.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.

How to Start a Return:

  • Email us at help@carryandco.store with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  • We'll review your request and provide return instructions.

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care items (such as beauty or hygiene products)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Final sale items and gift cards

  • Used or damaged items

Refund Timeline:

  • Once the returned item is received, we will initiate the refund as soon as possible. Please note that it may take 3 to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
